Angel worked for us for four weeks with a consistent schedule. We paid him on time and treated him like family. He did not report any issues with the work assignment. We even gave him a raise. Then, out of nowhere he no call no showed. He did not return any of my calls or text messages. He is aware the client is high risk and needs continuous care. I explained to him when he was hired that he MUST communicate if he could not come to work so that we can find alternative coverage. Not having a caregiver for my family member put her at risk. Angel really left my family high and dry. I would not recommend him to anyone due to this irresponsible behavior.
