Angellena was a godsend for our family. My husband and I were traveling to Los Angeles to drop off our 2 year old & 6 month old sons at my mom's house so that we could go on vacation in Thailand for 1.5 weeks. I decided to hire a sitter to assist my mom with the 2 boys so limit screentime as well as engage them with activities. We hired Angellena after doing a Zoom call with her. She is extremely communicative, very intelligent, compassionate about children and reliable, just to name a few wonderful things about her. A few days before our trip to Thailand, Angellena came over so that she can interact with our boys and ask us about their routine. I have never had a sitter who was more engaging than Angellena was with our 2 year old. The one thing that really impressed us was how she handled our 2 year old's tantrum and how she kept calm and redirected so effortlessly. She ended up giving our son positive reinforcement and he came out of his tantrum so quickly. When we were in Thailand, she provided the most elaborate and thoughtful updates along with pictures and videos of our kids. She asked for permission to bring certain snacks and ensured there were no allergies. She even brought her own fruits and shared them with our kids. In order to fulfill our request to limit screentime, Angellena came up with different age-appropriate activities for our sons. They were extremely educational and we were impressed with how much our 2 year old ended up learning in our absence! If you're lucky enough to hire Angellena, you will definitely share our sentiment on how reliable and compassionate she is. Whenever we go back to visit my family, we will definitely be hiring Angellena to watch our kids again. Thank you, Angellena, for caring for our boys so well while we were out!
