As a natural caregiver, I've spent a significant portion of my life caring for my three younger sisters aged 11, 9, and 6. My patient and calm demeanor, coupled with my friendly and approachable nature, allows me to easily connect with children and make them feel at ease. When it comes to communication, I believe in keeping parents regularly updated about their child's day, whether it be through text or phone calls, depending on their preferred method. My approach to enforcing household rules is to follow the parents' lead, ensuring consistency and respect for their parenting style. I'm passionate about creating a fun and engaging environment for children, and I enjoy playing a variety of games with them, including outdoor sports, board games, puzzles, and educational games that promote learning.
