I've been working in the medical field in various capacities for the last 10 years. I have worked in medical offices, hospital floors, and assisted living - but I have the most experience in skilled rehab. These days, I prefer quality one on one care in slower-paced settings. I'm experienced with the use, care, and operation of hoyer lifts, sit to stands, and other common transfer equipment. I'm comfortable with ostomies and catheters of every variety. I know the importance of skin care, especially when facing incontinence, and I understand the complicated emotions that can be involved when facing these battles. I'm grateful for the opportunity to share my experience while supporting other families at home.
