Angelina and I were communicating for weeks about her watching my kids while we were on vacation. She confirmed that she'd be there a few minutes early on the scheduled date and then never showed up. I tried texting and calling her and she never responded. We had to cancel our dinner plans with family that we seldom see and it was very disappointing. It would have been respectful and professional if Angelina could have told me that she wasn't going to make it.
