For a short period of time I was a Behavioral Tech. I had to quit after about a month due to personal stressors and the detail that was required. It was a job in which my team and I taught kids how to better handle their overstimulation and focus. This helps the kids become more independent and also gives them the building blocks for other things that will be hard in the future. Hopefully giving them the knowledge on how to gain strength over a challenge of their future. I believe that it is the childhood where a person is given the building blocks for their entire life. It is how they deal with things and go about them that will make them who they are. It's not always about what they can contribute. Someone with a bad personality sometimes seems the most accomplished. Just because they are accomplished though doesn't mean that they are happy. It's important to find that balance and I believe I know it well. Though please feel free to challenge me anytime as I am also a growing person.
