About Angelie

I'd describe my personality as adaptable, reliable, and creative. I like working with kids because I enjoy the change of pace and energy they bring compared to life surrounded by adults! It is fun to watch them learn and grow and it is an amazing feeling to be a helping hand as they find their way. I'm looking for a job that is roughly around 20 hours a week or as needed. I started working with kids when I was young and tasked with watching all the younger cousins in my family. Then since high school, I would regularly babysit for families on the weekend. Most recently, I worked at the Cal Poly Children's Center alongside teachers to foster growth and development for children aged 18mos-6yrs in an often high energy and dynamic environment. In my spare time, I like to hike with my dogs, read, and play tennis! My skills include engaging in outdoor play or games, patience, and conflict management.
