I hired Angelica after I interviewed her in person for 25/hr. She seemed nice and she provided a cleaning service for me once. She did a good job and was paid. I helped her set her calendar for future cleanings as we had agreed. Unfortunately, even though she had made a commitment, she proved to be unreliable. She neither showed up, nor did she respond to my texts. She did not contact me to let me know that she won't be coming which really affected my schedule and now I have to go through the same process. For me reliability is an absolute must! I gave her 2 stars because she did follow instructions for cleaning on her first visit.
