With 12 years of I've had the privilege of supporting families and positively impacting children's lives. I foster open communication with parents by providing written daily reports and regular updates via their preferred method of communication. This transparency ensures that parents are always informed about their child's well-being and any matters that arise. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I believe in a consistent and gentle approach. I firmly yet respectfully guide children to understand and follow the established guidelines.
