I'd describe my personality as enthusiasm, flexible, patient I like tutoring because it allows me to provide targeted instruction and help students build confidence and learn. I'm looking for a job that impacts students and is rewarding. I started tutoring when I first started teaching. In my spare time, I like to garden and paint. One thing you should know about me is I am very good at making complex tasks manageable and helping students learn step by step. My skills include Reading and Math Intervention, curriculum writing, assessment writing, identifying learning gaps, building relationships, building confidence, and developing mastery.
