About Angela

I'd describe my personality as warm, compassionate, caring I like caring for seniors because I believe in giving respect and dignity to them, and believe I have a gift of doing those things. I'm looking for a job that feels like I'm making a difference every day. I love contributing to people's quality of life. I also know what it's like to be a family caregiver, and how valuable it is to have help and support. I started caring for seniors nearly 20 years ago. in Home Care. I owned my own caregiving company for 8 years, and employed 30 caregivers that went into people's homes to help. I sold the business after my father died and I moved my mother in with me to take care of her. One thing you should know about me is I truly have a heart for seniors. I consider it an honor to make their lives better and help give their families support and respite. My skills include compassion, giving respect and dignity, helping while encouraging as much independence and choice as possible.
