Multiple System Atrophy( MSA) it's a rare degenerative neurological disorder. I have also worked live-in positions the longest live- in patient I had was with MSA client for over 2 years she was total care I worked 2 weeks on 2 weeks off with my last live in client I worked 5 on 2 off for 1 1/2 years. My schedule is pretty much open.
