I have worked in childcare settings. I had my CDA for several years. I no longer carry that license , but my experience of it is still with me. I'm a mom of 2 full-grown children. My daughter was born early with speech and motor issues and on the lower side of the spectrum.. She has grown to be a capable grown adult and is going off to college. I think children are to be nurtured. My experience with caring for children has always been a great experience.

Angela interviewed with us and we liked her. However a week before she was supposed to start, I noticed reduced responses. A week after she was supposed to start, she ghosted us completely and never showed up. We were left stranded with no nanny and school started. Her communication skills are on the low side
