Hi, my name is Angel. I have been in the field for over 24 years. I have experience working with clients in End of Life Care, Hospice, Geriatric Care, Paraplegic, Quadriplegic, Alzheimer's, Post traumatic brain injuries, Parkinson's, ALS, Psychiatric Care, Post-Surgical Care, and Campaignship. I also have experience with medication administration, catheters, colostomies, feeding tubes, wound care, Hoyer Lifts, and Care Management. I am listed on the Safety Care Registry. I decided to work private duty homecare because I prefer to give all of my care to one person to make sure all of their needs are met in the way and fashion that they want them to be. Caring for someone in private duty also allows me to have a closer relationship with the client and the clients family. I prefer to do extended shifts, 12 hours plus. I have plenty of references as I am usually passed by word-of-mouth through homehealth nurses, friends and family members of loved ones that I have cared for in the past.

If Angela (Angel) is available to care for your loved one, grab her fast! Angela is a gift! I met her years prior when Angela was caring for a friend’s mom and aunt in their home. I am an RN so when I heard about Angel’s caregiving and then I met her, I knew if I ever needed a caregiver, Angela would be top on my list. My mom needed care in her home, and luckily Angela had some availability. I will never forget the story that my mom was feeling like chocolate, so Angel went to the store and brought back all different kinds of candy and chocolate. You would have thought my mom was a teenager. I gave all the caregivers off over Christmas and brought my mom to our home to celebrate the holidays. Little did I know several days after Christmas my mom’s pain and breathing worsened. After Angel’s shift with another client ended she took it upon herself to come to my house to be with my mom and our family. Angel was there with us. What a gift! We remain friends and if/when the time comes I or someone else needs a caregiver, my first choice is Angela (Angel to me)
