Retired, geriatrics RN with 25yrs experience. Interested & available to help others with basic caregiving. I am retired. Therefore, I'm not looking for anything strenuous nor any heavy lifting. I am able to administer meds, provide light meal preps, assist with light adl's, provide transportation to & from Dr appt, provide light shopping, & light hskp. Companionship is my greatest gift. I love working with the elderly. I have years of experience with Dementia/Alzheimer's patients, hospice & respite patients. Being retired has shown me how much I miss what I did and why I chose nursing as a career. Caring for others has always been what has made me feel complete. Since I've not worked, I have been so lonely & lost. I would love to be a loving companion to your loved one & and make them part of my life. My hours are flexible, depending on my schedule.
