I thought he'd need to be put down but I didn't give up on him! 3 months after his vertebrae were shattered he is back to walking and hopping around again. I'm still working with him and always will be. He cannot jump up on the couch with me yet. I won't push. I put myself in an animal's shoes and think about what they may want or need or be saying!
