About Angela

Hello! Indiana University graduate (2021) here with a BFA in fibers/textiles and minor in fashion design. I currently serve as a Project Coordinator at the IU Museum of Archaeology and Anthropology, while maintaining an active career as an artist/designer/seamstress. I am bilingual (native Spanish speaker), and offer the opportunity to combine childcare with language learning and creative development. I have extensive experience ranging from infants to teenagers; including previous roles as a pre-school teacher for two years between BDLC and BCGC, a camp counselor, a tutor and a private nanny. I understand the unique needs of different age groups. I pride myself on being reliable, engaging, and adaptable to each family's specific needs and routines. I'd love to offer: tutoring, mentorship, arts and crafts projects, interactive language learning through natural conversation and play, outdoor activities including park visits and nature walks, cooking and baking, etc.
