I, along with my grandmother, help take care of my grandfather while he lived with Alzheimer's(2000-2010). You must have compassion, patience, and understanding. I learned so much through the process with my grandfather that now will help me with my father who now lives with me. Fortunately, he does mostly everything on his own, but I still help him every now and then with his meds. I believe in treating people like you would want to be treated. Whether it's children or the elderly, I treat everyone like they are my own. I'm a very caring, kind, and unselfish person. I love making people smile. Having the opportunity to help others that can not help themselves, makes me feel thankful that I'm here on earth helping people.
