Hi! I currently have 1 year of senior care under my belt! I have helped a gentleman in his 60's for some time because he became paralyzed from the waist down with little movement/muscle ability in only one leg while the other was completely paralyzed. My mornings with him would look like this: getting out clothes for the day, starting the coffee pot, doing leg exercises, doing the bathroom duties for him, getting him dressed, then into his wheelchair from the bed. I would then either change the bedsheets or make the bed, do laundry for him and/or his wife, and do light housekeeping such as swiffering the floors, emptying the dishwasher and putting dirty dishes from breakfast in/washing what didn't go into the dishwasher.
