Children are my life's passion. I've known this from a very early age, about 14. I could never pass-up childcare opportunities in my church nursery, summer-camp, or various family & friends that might need it. There was just such a wisdom in their little souls that always spoke directly to mine. I had my son at age 19 & have had the privilege of establishing a bond with him that could only be shared by a single-parent and their young. When I was 28, I was working when my sister, recalling how I adored children, told me of an opening at her son's preschool. So, I decided to quit waitressing & try my hand at something a little less profitable, but ultimately more rewarding a thousand fold! I haven't regretted it since! In total, I have 14 years paid teaching experience, though not all through one agency, and 3 years experience as a private nanny. Certified child, infant/toddler first-aid & CPR. Infant/Toddler Units. All core curriculum units. Five years nannying experience.
