I have over 10 years of experience in childcare, including positions as a nanny and Behavior Technician at an Autism Rehabilitation Center. As a nanny, I have provided nurturing and engaging care, organized households, and maintained excellent standards of cleanliness and organization. I have had the privilege of working with children of all ages, from newborns to teenage young adults, including those with special needs, genetic disorders, paralysis, and Autism. In my role as a Behavior Technician, I collaborated with a behavioral analysis team to implement behavior improvement plans for clients with disabilities. My experience also includes full-time care for a special needs child, helping raise identical twin boys from birth to one year, and providing transportation and after-school care for teenagers.
