As a natural caregiver, I find great fulfillment in positively impacting children's lives and supporting families. With 20+ years of experience, I have thrived in the childcare industry, even providing full-time care for a child with Down Syndrome for the first six years of his life. I am a patient, calm, creative, imaginative, friendly, and approachable individual. When it comes to communicating with parents, I believe in transparency and use written daily reports and verbal communication during pickups. I also follow the parents' preferred communication method to ensure their comfort and convenience. Regarding household rules, I follow the parents' lead to maintain consistency for the child. I enjoy playing various games with children, including outdoor sports, board games, puzzles, and educational games that promote learning. I can comfortably care for one child and have experience with age groups ranging from infants to 5-year-olds.
