My name is Angel, I'm 31 years old, and have been working with kids, teens, and young adults with various developmental disabilities for the past 13 years! I first began volunteering on my own time with the Friendship Circle, working 1:1 with autistic teens, doing fun activities to help with social interaction. From then on I just completely fell in love with the kiddos in this community and began my field experience at Nova Southeastern University, Mailman Segal Center - working with young children with early developmental delays. Meanwhile also doing an internship with children at a preschool. After graduating with my bachelors in Human Services, I worked in a nonprofit school for children with severe autism until moving to Vermont where I then became a 1:1 Behavioral Interventionist for kids in grades K-12. I am now an in-home caregiver here in Seattle while also pursing my masters degree in Mental Health counseling.

Angel is a calm and thoughtful, trustworthy presence who handles situations with grace and a smile. She is magic with my profoundly disabled son. She sings to him, spoon feeds him, reads his favorite books to him, and they love to cuddle together. He ADORES her! I cannot recommend her highly enough - I need 6 stars!!
