I've been a nanny for the ages of newborn to older, and I have also assisted in a daycare that had kids ranging from newborn-7 years of age. With all that being said I have recently started in home care in south elgin & im filling spots now! We really had great interview with Anessa. I was very upfront with all my requirements and gave her plenty of opportunities to ask questions. She came to see the kids and signed the contract. I used the online template and added some of the things that we talked about. I read everything to her and asked her if she wants to take time to read it. She said this looks good and signed the contract. She started the following week. She came the first day and next day she said she wasn't feeling today. I understand life happens so I said no problem. A day after she texted me right before her shift and said that she doesn't think that it is a good fit for her and she had her sister read the contract and we should not have signed the contract. I was really disappointed as I gave plenty of chances to ask questions and review. I would not expect this with some one who has four years of experience as nanny. It made me question her experience.
