About Andrew

Hi, I'm Andrew . I am a screenwriter and poet with two years of experience as a YMCA lead counselor, physical education instructor to a magnet school, and swim instructor. Additionally, I am a proud and involved uncle of two awesome girls (8 and 6 years old), and relish my bonus role as provider of fantasy football intel to my friend's 12-year-old. I babysat in my 20s and took on more of a leadership role here in my 30s (currently 38), which I have enjoyed. I looked after 50+ kids at the YMCA after care program and got to know them on a personal level, something I have definitely missed during this furlough period. I am looking for roles that allow me to be more specialized, given my background in the arts and sports, or that will allow me to utilize my ability to develop connections with families. I run a production company with my partner, based in the DC area, and am a proud graduate of Michigan State University, with a degree in Communication.
