About Andrew

I'm a caregiver with a passion for helping children grow and develop. My patient, creative, and friendly nature makes me approachable to both children and parents. I'm comfortable caring for up to 10 children of various ages and backgrounds. In my one year of experience, I've worked with children from one to 11 years old. I keep parents updated on their child's day through written daily reports and regular updates via their preferred communication method. I have experience working with special needs children, and I'm CPR and First Aid trained. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I follow the parents' lead. I believe in open communication and working together with parents to create a safe and nurturing environment for the children in my care. I love playing all sorts of games with children, including outdoor sports, board games, and educational games that promote learning. I'm also a skilled swimmer and would love to teach your children how to swim if you'd like.
