I can't say enough positive things about Andrew. We hired Andrew to help care for my mom, who is in her 70s and has extensive medical needs including a tracheostomy and feeding tube, and uses a Hoyer lift, wheelchair, and communication device. Andrew was so eager to learn every aspect of her care and was very easy to orient to her routine and all of her care needs. From our first phone call his communication skills were outstanding and it made for a very positive experience for all. We felt completely confident and comfortable leaving my mom in Andrew's care. We have had several caregivers, and what really sets Andrew apart is his wonderful personality, he is genuinely kind, warm, funny, and takes such pleasure in treating other people with kindness and respect.
