About Andrew

As a personal fitness trainer, I have honed my skills in guiding individuals from 7 to 96 achieve their health goals. My commitment to caregiving comes as a father of a now 16-year-old daughter, I was intimately involved in every aspect of her upbringing. From diaper changes to late-night stories, I have a deep understanding of the nurturing and supportive role that caregivers play. I provided a safe and stimulating environment while assisting with homework and daily tasks and preparing meals. Throughout my career I had the opportunity to care for individuals with cognitive impairments, such as dementia and Alzheimer's. This experience has equipped me with valuable skills in compassion, patience, and effective communication. I am proficient in household management, including cleaning, laundry, and organization. My ability to juggle multiple responsibilities and maintain a calm and efficient environment has been invaluable in my personal and professional life.
