About Andressa

I am a former Au Pair with two years of experience in the United States, where I developed cultural adaptation, organization, and responsibility skills while caring for children. During this time, I improved my English communication skills and gained a deeper understanding of education and child development. I was responsible for children of different ages, which gave me a deep understanding of the specific needs at each stage of a child's development. From infants to school-aged children, I worked to create a nurturing, structured, and dynamic environment, always focusing on the physical and emotional well-being of each child. I learned how to deal with common challenges, such as managing conflicts between siblings, helping with schoolwork, and encouraging positive behaviors.
