About Andreea

Ever since I was little I've had a love of learning/teaching. By 2nd grade my grades were dropping due to my lack of reading comprehension. I felt stupid and developed many anxieties that added to my struggle later in life. Although I LOVE being a nanny I find that the part I enjoy most is the tutoring/teaching aspect. I love finding out what a child likes/dislikes and helping them further their learning. I've taught by reading, watching educational shows, playing games and have created numerous games/activities tailored to each child and what they struggle with. I answer any questions they have in a way that is age/developmentally appropriate. I have experience with kids aged 1-12 and both neurotypical and neurodivergent, ie. autism/ADHD/ADD. Although I don't have any official training I am passionate about making sure any child in my care feels supported and never the way I did when it comes to school/learning.
