Andrea creates a safe environment, has a nice balance between boundaries/fun, and incorporates parent feedback/ preferences well. She is highly engaged in play, builds agency in the child, and reinforces values that we consider important in our parenting. We have a very active, playful, and curious child. Our child LOVES Andrea! We have used Andrea for one-off dates and more extended care. She is reliable and communicates well.
