Hello and thanks for taking the time to read my profile! My name is Andrea, I'm a 37-year-old mother of one who lives in east Phoenix. Growing up, I had every pet I could talk my mom into letting me have: guinea pigs, gerbils, a rabbit, a chinchilla, fish, birds and the occasional injured dove. We always had cats growing up, Tony was our silly and amazing girl for 17 years, until tragedy struck:'( I didn't know I was a dog person as well, until my brother introduced me to his Vizsla puppy. I fell in love and after she passed, I got a Vizsla (my great dog, Deszo) and I quickly realized he was my canine soul-mate. Vizslas are VERY high maintenance and high energy as well. (they don't call them Velcro Vizslas for nothing). I love interacting with animals, big and small, and if they're into it, I'm totally a spooned. Positive reinforcement goes a long way to curb behaviors, in my experience and some active play helps as well.
