My nursing specialties were emergency department care, children with developmental disabilities and psychiatric nursing. I decoded to step away from the stress of nursing, in lieu of working in-home with clients and a more flexible schedule. The past 2+ years, I have been nanny to two families with infants, toddlers and preschoolers. I also spent 2. 5 years with a client who recently passed with dementia.
