I have grown up with dogs my entire life! As a kid we always had 1-2 dogs, mainly Black Labs or Black Lab mixed, but we also had other breeds as well. In 2020, due to a medical emergency w/my Mother In Law, we welcomed Sporty was a Maltishu. My husband and Sporty were best buds for years. In less than 24 hours, I told my husband Sporty is MY dog now lol! My heart melted from the moment we got him. It wasn't long before he dictated how I slept at night and how to use his brown eyes to get what he wanted! Sporty was my heart, life, joy and best friend for 4 joyous years. Sadly dogs get old so we made the hard, but necessary decision to say goodbye. We are looking to adopt when the time is right. I will love and care for your fur baby as if he/she were my own. I work full time as an Optometrist Technician in Lakewood so this would be a part time job for me. Thank you for taking time to read my bio.
