About Andrea

Andrea is our part-time nanny for our almost two year old son. She is the first nanny that we have employed and she has been nothing short of amazing! Our son has some health problems that make him high risk for respiratory infections (i.e. COVID) and required us to hire someone who would be diligent and extra cautious. Andrea has been all of those things and more. She is someone who is very mindful. She is a great communicator and I feel like she really listens while at the same time giving good feedback and suggestions based on her time with our son. She engages with our son and gets on his level but also maintains a sense of structure and redirection for those toddler tantrums. Before Andrea we had only left our son with family. We can confidently say now that we trust Andrea as much if not more and highly recommend her for future care jobs, particularly those with young children.
