I am a special needs mother and childcare provider with 20+ years of experience. I am certified to provide respite & CLS care, CPR, First Aid & Aed on adults, children and infants. I'm passionate about creating a safe, interesting, and caring environment for children. My previous babysitting and nanny roles have shown me the positive impact I can have in children's lives and vice versa. I am a helper by nature and young at heart. I am known to be generally happy and approachable, which helps me connect with children and create a peaceful atmosphere. My creative and imaginative nature allows me to engage children in fun and educational activities that foster their development. I believe in open and honest communication with parents. I am comfortable enforcing household rules set by parents. I will be respectful and expect that in turn. I take my job seriously, but I enjoy being lighthearted and silly with the children I care for.
