I would strongly recommend Andrea for any childcare role she may pursue. Andrea (who my kids lovingly called 'Ea') was a part of our family for four years, during which time she provided exceptional care for our four children and left a lasting, positive impact on their lives. Andrea has an incredible ability to connect with children in a compassionate, nurturing, and creative way. She truly loved my children as if they were her own, and her influence helped them grow into kind, thoughtful, and curious little humans. Her patience and understanding were evident in her interactions with them, whether she was helping them navigate a difficult emotion, encouraging their creativity through imaginative play, or teaching them important values like kindness and empathy. One of the most endearing of Andrea's qualities is her creativity. She constantly came up with engaging and educational activities tailored to my children’s interests and developmental needs. Whether it was crafting, storytelling, or outdoor adventures, she had an ability to make the day-to-day enriching and fun. Beyond her professional capabilities, Andrea is a person of high integrity. She is dependable, trustworthy, and communicates openly, which gave me great peace of mind as a parent. She was also adaptable and flexible, always willing to work around our family’s schedule and specific needs. Our family feels incredibly fortunate to have had Andrea as part of our lives, and we still talk with her regularly. I wholeheartedly recommend her to any family seeking a compassionate, reliable, and skilled caregiver.
