Andrea was a no call/no show. After taking a job as our nanny and establishing a relationship with my family, she suddenly stopped showing up without warning. What's worse: she broke a promise to my kid which really upset them. Andrea told my child she had a present to give them, and promised to bring it next time she came - but she did not come back and has ignored our attempts to contact her. My kid has had a difficult time trying to understand why a person they trusted would do that to them.
