Certified Post Partum & Labor Doula... I have over 3 years of experience in the doula industry, and I specialize in postpartum. I help with meal prep, light housekeeping, errands, and of course with baby. I do require a 3hr minimum as this is the time you need to take for yourself and your needs. Doulas are great to help mom with things around the house, take showers, eat and just relax. Recommended time is 3-12 hrs.' minimum per week that mom should hire a doula in the first 6 weeks of birth. If you become my client, you will be my only client as my main focus will be on your health and wellbeing. Feel free to shoot me a message to discuss more! **Pet walker/sitter- I also have a huge love for pets and have been known to family and friends as the one to call when someone is needed to walk their dog or pet sit while their owner is out of town.
