About Andrea

I have experience caring for newborns up until age 13. As an aunt of three (plus), I often cared for my niece when she was a newborn and on. I have experience caring for a friends newborn, up until age 2 and also cared for two young boys, one with ASD, beginning at age 2 and 4 for five years. I have cared for another young boy at the age of 8 until his 13th birthday. During my care-giving time, I cook, clean and spend time with the children. I also have experience keeping an eye on special needs children as I was in a year long special needs gym class my senior year of high school. I am also a big animal lover. Whether it is animals at the zoo, or pets at home, I really believe in treating them as children should be treated. I currently have a 10-month-old cat and in the past had two ferrets of my own, Rocko and Snowy. I have cared for 3 dogs at a time, and am comfortable with dog walking, dog sitting, feeding, and picking up.
