Andrea is our current nanny. She has been with us for 8 months, starting when my son was 6 months old. Since joining our family, Andrea has consistently demonstrated the highest level of care for our son and professional in our home. Andrea has provided a safe, nurturing, loving, and fun environment for our son on a daily basis. She provides engaging and developmentally friendly play and activities, and takes our son on age appropriate outings weekly. Andrea has a gift when it comes to working with children and is exceptionally impressive in her work with toddlers. Her calm, patient, and curious demeanor allow her to foster a real connection with our son that helps him feel safe and heard even at 13 months old. Andrea has gone above and beyond to be involved in the style of parenting and different methods we have adopted (sleep training, schedules, baby led weaning, etc) and does her own research on how she can support our son and the entire family unit. We have learned so much from her as first time parents and are endlessly grateful to have her as a part of our family. I can’t recommend Andrea enough as a dedicated and reliable caregiver!
