I'm an experienced childcare provider with a background in early childhood education. My passion for nurturing children's growth and development, coupled with my positive experiences in babysitting, led me to this fulfilling career. I'm known for my patience, creativity, and ability to maintain a calm and structured environment for the children in my care. Communication with parents is essential to me. I provide written daily reports and ensure open verbal communication during pickup, or through the parents' preferred method. I believe in fostering a collaborative relationship with parents to address any issues and ensure the well-being of the children. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules and maintaining a consistent routine for the children in my care. My approach is to gently guide children and help them understand the importance of rules and responsibilities.
