About Andrea

Currently pursuing a Ph. D. in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Washington, my journey in tutoring began during high school where I participated in the math-league, fostering a passion for teaching amongst peers of diverse backgrounds. Throughout college, I continued tutoring K-12 subjects alongside advanced calculus and physics. With the transition to graduate school, my enthusiasm for teaching has only deepened, highlighted by my inaugural class instruction last summer. I firmly believe that everyone, irrespective of their background, can excel in math and physics, and I'm particularly dedicated to empowering young women in STEM fields.
