Certified in first aid and CPR with dedication to creating safe, inclusive and engaging learning environments for all children. I am hardworking, compassionate and driven. I like working with kids because I play an integral role in their everyday learning as they absorb all the teachable moments and because I am constantly reminded of many life lessons such as the importance of being patient and enjoying life's simple pleasures. I started working with kids 12 years ago whilst I was living in Jamaica at the time. In my spare time, I enjoy reading and cooking. One thing you should know about me is that I am patient. I understand that kids are learning so many new things everyday and it can feel overwhelming, thus, it is important to be patient. My skills include time management, patience and being organized.
