About Andrea

I have several years of experience caring for children of all ages including some with special needs. I have kids of my own. I currently care for infants on a weekly basis & have for several years and absolutely love it. I have taken Infant-Adult CPR & First Aid training. I have also done childcare jobs that involved pet sitting as well. I provide overnight & extended childcare for people while they are away & am very flexible with my hours. I have several excellent references and background checks available upon request.

Andrea is great to work with. She is always very quick to respond to text (my preferred way of communicating), and was very flexible to meet our schedule needs. She is kind-hearted, patient, and genuinely enjoys caring for children. I am confident leaving my six month old in her care. We had a no screen time request that she 100% honored- spending waking time reading books, tummy time, and singing songs. Our son took a bottle from her great and also napped really well with her. She was always proactive, asking if there was anything else she could help with. Andrea went the extra mile and would somehow find the time to help keep our kitchen tidy too. Andrea sent updates on the day’s progress, which helped us greatly when we got home in the evening. Andrea is very open to feedback, and is always looking for ways to improve. She plans ahead very well and has some great folks that can act as a backup in case she is unavailable (her two daughters also have childcare experience and are absolutely lovely). I recommend her without hesitation, and we plan on using her for childcare moving forward.
