Andrea is a well qualified, professional, reliable, punctual, detailed, in touch and all around loving caregiver. She goes above and beyond what is expected and builds a lasting relationship with her patient and extended family. Andrea is capable of all in home nursing requirements to include feeding, bathing, cleaning, vital monitoring, medication management and having an acute awareness of patient progress or regression. She works in collaboration with the broader care team and doesn't miss a beat with changing routines or rx regimen. She provides care for our beloved family member who is on hospice, but honors his wishes in all things with great dignity, respect and honor without ever compromising needed care. Andrea has exceptional communication skills with all parties involved in her case(s) and is without a doubt passionate about providing exceptional care in all circumstances.
