As a caregiver I will ask about your routine and pay attention to you and your family's individual needs. I am happy to provide transportation, attend medical appointments with clients and take notes, weekly medication management, enrichment through friendly, engaging visits, and creating safe care plans. My background is in Social Work. I have worked with older adults in hospitals, facilities, and in-home. I can help families create safe care plans and connect them to state and local programs, as well as funding. I do not provide direct care (hygiene, supervision, light housekeeping), but I can connect you to those services in an affordable way! I am friendly, responsible, and calm. I do well in difficult situations such as allowing caregivers to provide care, determining if your elder should still be driving, and transitions to assisted living or a nursing home.
