I have many years experience assisting individuals that are physically or mentally challenged . I started right after high school working in group home settings. Within several years I had worked my way up to being a house manager. I had many responsibilities including medication administration, crisis prevention intervention, ISP reports ( individual support plan) , house finances , staffing, and most importantly making sure individuals we supported were treated with respect and dignity. I love making a positive difference in people's lives and enjoy seeing people working toward their goals in life!
