Andrea has been an amazing caregiver for my mother for the past 3 years. The job has become more and more challenging as my mother’s physical and cognitive abilities have declined, and Andrea has been terrific at helping us navigate the many challenges and adjust to mom’s changing needs, all with grace and good humor. One of her greatest strengths is always thinking about the best ways to take care of my mom, from ways to keep her safe from falls to monitoring her health issues to getting her out of the house and participating in activities. She is great at listening to my mom’s concerns and always encourages my mother to do as much as possible for herself to maintain as much independence as possible for as long as possible. She is always reliable, hard working, and caring. I would 100% hire Andrea again and anyone would be lucky to have her take care of their loved one.
