While discipline and structure are certainly important in a child's development, I always want to attain this through an approach of love and care. I've worked as a full time nanny for over 10 years and have held many childcare positions over the past 20+ years. I have experience with children ranging from newborn to preteen, including infant twins. As a nanny I have cultivated a wealth of knowledge and skills, such as always engaging with each child with a warm heart and a smile. I believe that I have the best job in the world for me as I find it both incredibly rewarding and enjoyable. It is important to me that I work with a family who values having a friendly relationship with their nanny beyond that of a strict employee/employer. In addition to caring for your children, I am also open to running errands, doing laundry and performing other child-related tasks.

Andi cared for our family for many years while our 3 children were between the ages of newborn and 8 years old and was an integral part of our family. Even though we live on opposite sides of the country now, we keep in touch and visited with her while on a family trip to California. Andi is a loving, responsible, and dedicated caregiver. She is also very smart, creative, and fun--all of which come across in the activities she planned and carried out with our children--including cooking, arts and crafts, games, trips to fun activities around town, and more. While working for us, Andi's primary responsibility was caring for the children, but while they were at school, she would also help us around the house and is a fantastic organizer! As a busy family of 5, it was always so lovely to come home to a house cleaner than how I left it! In summary, Andi goes above and beyond expectations and she would be a wonderful asset to any family.
